Jeremy has handled a large volume of litigation files over the last 15 years and has appeared at every level of court in Manitoba. The main focus of Jeremy's litigation practice involves creditor-debtor issues and the obtaining and enforcing of judgments on behalf of creditors. Jeremy has also dealt with numerous real estate litigation files which can be useful when there are any issues in a real estate transaction.
